I had one of the warmest welcomes I've ever experienced at the hotel. The staff made me feel like I was part of their family. The location was great, right on the seafront with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast options were plentiful and of good quality. The hotel also had its own beach, which was a nice bonus. The swimming pool and pool bar were modern and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better, and the hotel location was a bit far from the bus stop and city. However, if you have a car or don't mind a bit of a walk, it's not a major issue.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely property across from a scenic beach. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and our room/suite was spacious and well-appointed. The highlight was the friendly and helpful Ioanna, who made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. The location was also convenient, being only a short drive from the airport. we highly recommend this hotel for a beach holiday.

Despite only staying one night, they made sure we had fresh towels and toiletries. The personal touches like a guest book and creative decorations throughout the hotel didn't go unnoticed. The facilities were clean and well-appointed, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool area, with Ioanna manning the bar, was a highlight of our stay. The location, just 15-20 minutes from the airport, made it a great pre-exit facility. We regretted not staying longer and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at Golden Bay! Our room had a stunning sea view and all the amenities we needed, including a TV, microwave, and air conditioner. The food at the Taverna restaurant was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Rania, the hotel manager, provided exceptional service and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt welcomed and accepted as a same-sex couple with our teenage child. The location was perfect, close to sandy beaches and great restaurants. We highly recommend this amazing and peaceful hotel!

Great pool, really refreshing during the hot summer days. Staff was attentive and always willing to help. Location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and bus stop. Breakfast had good variety and tasty options, plenty to choose from.

Wi-Fi was spotty and only worked in certain areas. Dinner buffet lacked quality and variety.

The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location has a private beach and is a short drive from Heraklion. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful sea view. The pool area has a lively atmosphere with a great bar.

Had an amazing Easter getaway with my family! The hotel is situated close to the beach which offered crystal clear waters and beautiful scenery. The apartment was modern, spacious and sparkling clean, with a comfortable family room and well-equipped kitchenette. Loved the warm and friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any requests or information about local attractions. The highlight of our stay was the Greek-themed evening, with live music and a fire show which made it a memorable experience for our family.

The only downside was the distance from restaurants and shops, which required a bit of walking, but that didn't put a damper on our stay. We also wish the pool area was a bit bigger, as it could get crowded during peak hours.
